Bedford Twilight 10K

The Bedford Twilight 10K rounds off Saturday's racing at the ATW Bedford Running Festival, starting and finishing in Russell Park on The Embankment beside the River Great Ouse in Bedford. Starting at 5:30pm to catch a cool evening finish, the course is flat and fast, run on closed roads and traffic-free cycle paths through the town, with only around 18 metres of elevation gain over the full distance. It's designed as a scenic, atmospheric next step for runners building towards a half marathon, sharing much of its route with the earlier 5K. Finishers return to a buzzing festival village with live music, street food and a bar as daylight fades. Every finisher receives a custom-designed medal and race goodies, with a special bonus reward for anyone completing two or more distances across the Bedford Running Festival weekend.
